Doing Business with Dynamic Designs in the New Year? Here’s What You Need To Know.

As the New Year approaches, we want to extend our warmest wishes for a Happy New Year to all of you. We also want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your ongoing support and, most importantly, your friendship throughout 2023. It's truly remarkable that some of you have been with us since our humble beginnings 29 years ago, and for that, we are deeply grateful. Thank you for your enduring loyalty and for being an integral part of our journey.

As we move into 2024, you'll notice some price adjustments and a few policy updates designed to improve efficiency and enhance the quality of our services. Our aim is to ensure that our operations remain sustainable and effective, and we are committed to keeping you informed about these changes.

  • Estimating/Quotes - As always, before we start working on your project, we provide you with a quote, and that's still the case. Our estimates usually cover everything from shipping and artwork to color changes, production, and apparel, so there are no surprises at the end. You will notice a price increase compared to previous years due to rising costs from our vendors and distributors. This increase reflects the growing cost of doing business. Just to be clear, any trips we take are not the result of these price increases, but rather the result of our hard work. LOL!

  • Payment Terms - Our standard payment terms involve payment upon delivery/receipt. For estimates totaling $5,000 or higher, a 50% deposit is required upfront. We accept cash, business checks, ACH, and credit cards (with a 4% fee on credit card transactions). In the case of website designs, a 50% deposit is required at the start of the project, with the remaining balance due when the website is live.

  • Deadline Dates - The production schedule is influenced by scheduling and inventory, as well as the number of ongoing jobs. If you have a specific event date in mind, please let us know when you confirm your order so that we can assess production and inventory availability. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to help you meet your in-hands date, and that is why we work with reputable and preferred partners. If we are unable to accommodate your timeframe, we will promptly inform you.

  • Sample Policy - Just like before, if you require apparel samples for sizing, we will promptly provide you with the samples you need to assist in placing your order. However, we are no longer able to cover shipping charges for these samples. It is important that any apparel samples are returned within 15 days; otherwise, you will receive a separate invoice for these samples. When requesting promotional products, the same shipping policy applies. Please note that there may be promotional product samples that are subject to invoicing, depending on the vendor and product.

  • Artwork Policy - Any modification or new set-up of artwork or designs will be subject to an artwork fee at our hourly rate of $75 per hour. Minimum artwork charge is $35. Digitizing (set up of embroidery) is a separate charge based on the size of the design, and number of stitches.
